These Port Facility Operating Rules regulate access to, and activities undertaken at, the Port. The Rules apply to all work and business operations conducted at the Port. Compliance with the Rules is mandatory and is a condition of being granted a licence to access the Port to undertake Work. Port Users accept these obligations through completion of the Northport Site Induction or, for a Port User Business, through the granting of an Authority to Operate.
