New container handlers extend our reach
We’re delighted to be able to let you know that our two new reach-stacker container handlers have arrived at Northport.
They're part of an $8m investment we are making in infrastructure needed to support the growth of container traffic through the port. As you know, we’ve had to rise to the unexpected challenges presented by recent unplanned and large-scale container traffic, with the bare minimum of equipment. Now we expect container traffic through Northport to keep growing so the time is right to expand our container-handling, receipt and dispatch capability.
